Promise Scholarship

• Reside in West Virginia
• Have recently graduated from high school
• Attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Enroll in an associate or bachelor’s degree program (online or on campus)
• Have taken the ACT or SAT and achieved scores as follows:
  • ACT Minimum Composite Score of 21 with a minimum of the following in each subsection:
    • ACT English score – 19
    • ACT Reading score – 19
    • ACT Science score – 19
    • ACT Math score – 19
  • SAT Minimum Total Score of 1080 with a minimum of the following in each subsection:
    • SAT evidence-based reading and writing score – 510
    • SAT math score – 510
