We prepare present and future educators with the tools they need to shape the next generation. We will cover the fundamentals through advanced theory as we help teachers improve their ability to engage with and lead students. Select from the following education degrees:

Bachelor

Bachelor of Education with Specialization in English Education

Format: Online (without licensure), On Campus, Hybrid
Number of credit hours: 120

Prepare to develop learners’ aptitude for the mechanics of English, as well as a love of literature. You’ll cover the fundamentals of education, including approaches to instruction and curriculum planning. Along with a core foundation in education you’ll engage with your specialization in English, exploring areas such as grammar structure, written English skills, British literature, Non-Western literature and more!

Bachelor of Education with Specialization in Physical Education

Format: Online (without licensure), On Campus, Hybrid
Number of credit hours: 120

Develop your approached to educating learners about physical fitness, as well as encourage a lifelong pursuit of overall physical fitness and performance through exercise, sports and athletic activity. Cover essential areas within physical education, including foundational education principles, along with core education fundamentals such as teaching methods and curriculum planning. Enhance general education focuses through specialized topics in physical education, including team sports, advanced topics in physical education and adapted physical education and sport.

Master

Educational Leadership (Administration Licensure)

Format: Online
Number of credit hours: 30 (principal track) or 36 (full certification track)

Gain the skillset you need to impact learners at the next level. Prepare to guide student populations through curriculum that advances your teaching background with education leadership components. Choose from two different degree tracks, including the Principal Track, which leads to licensure as a principal at the pre-Kindergarten through adult education level. Completion of the Full Certification Track qualifies graduates for licensure as principal, general supervisor, and/or superintendent for educational institutions serving any education level from pre-kindergarten through adult.

Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction (Non-Licensure)

Format: Online
Number of credit hours: 30

Whether you aspire to design curriculum or advance your instructional or education leadership skillset, this non-licensure degree path can develop further develop your approach to strengthening the connection between learners and educational content. Choose from specialization paths in Higher Education Administration, Instructional Technology, Organization Training & Talent Development or Special Education Leadership to refine your learning and career goals.

The Education Specialist in Educational Leadership Program

Format: Online
Number of credit hours: 30

Build on your passion and expertise as an educator with a degree credential in educational leadership. Prepare to impact learners at the next level through an exploration of key school administration concepts such as public-school finance, school, district and community leadership, instructional leadership, school law, technological competencies for school leaders and more. Take advantage of internship components for principal, district supervisor and superintendent paths.

Graduate Certificate

The Post-Master’s Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership Program

Format: Online
Number of credit hours: 30

Take your education and experience as a leader in educational settings even further through this post-graduate certificate in educational leadership. Amplify your current impact in education through a choice of one of two tracks, including the Principal Track, which leads to licensure as a Pre-K-Adult Principal, or the Full Certification Track that can qualify graduates for licensure as a Pre-K-Adult Principal, General Supervisor or Superintendent.

The Post-Master’s Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership Program – Principal

Format: Online
Number of credit hours: 18

The Post-Master’s Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Educational Leadership prepares the student to become a principal at the elementary, middle, and high school level; a supervisor of instruction at all programmatic levels, district supervisor, or superintendent of schools. When the student completes 18 credits, they are prepared for advanced licensure as principal

The Post-Master’s Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership Program Full Track, Principal, Supervisor, and Superintendent

Format: Online
Number of credit hours: 24

The Post-Master’s Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Educational Leadership prepares the student to become a principal at the elementary, middle, and high school level; a supervisor of instruction at all programmatic levels, district supervisor, or superintendent of schools. Completing all 24 credits prepares graduates for advanced licensure as principal, general supervisor, and district supervisor or superintendent.
